  • Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
  • Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
  • To be eligible, consumers must register their name, address and email address online at www.ansellcondoms.com.au or www.ansellcondoms.co.nz. No responsibility accepted for lost or misdirected mail.
  • Only one entry, per person, per calendar month is permitted.
NOTIFICATION
  • Winners will be notified via email each month.
  • Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZE
  • The first 50 valid entries received, each calendar month, will each win one pack of Ansell condoms, valued at AUD$7.50. Entries from one calendar month will not be carried over into the following calendar month.
  • Prizes must be claimed within three months from the draw date. If a prize remains unallocated or unclaimed, the next valid entry will be chosen from the original database of entries, one week after the three-month period - at the same place as the original draw (subject to any written directions given under all State Regulations). In the event of a re-draw winner/s will be notified by email.
  • Promoter accepts no responsibility for variation in the prize value. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Total prize value is AUD$4,500 PA.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
  • Any costs associated with accessing the website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
  • The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
